A few years ago I bought a bunch of yarn for really cheap at a craft store. The yarn brand will rename nameless, but let's just say that each skein was a tangled mess even before I got my hands on it. I used it to make and unmake numerous things and then my life got hectic/my mind wandered and the leftovers ended up at the bottom of a box.
Well, I decided to reclaim the scraps.
Little did I know it was going to be a day long project.
I tackled the orange-brown yarn first because I want to make a doll for a friend.

This is about a third of the way through the process.
Hours later - here's what I had.

Oh, the sense of accomplishment I felt. And then, I remembered there were two more to go.

Wish me luck.

I am so impressed with anyone that can Crochet. I gave a most dedicated attempt and wound up with the lumpiest square that I was ashamed to even use as a pot holder. Ha ha it was a sight to see.

Ha! Crocheting is easy. Finishing is hard. Hopefully there will be some finished projects in the future.
ReplyDeleteI love your blog!
